Assembly Park brings new life to the former Plano Market Square Mall, reimagining a longtime East Plano landmark as a walkable destination for creative office, urban living, dining and outdoor space. Centered around a community park and connected by hike and bike trails, Assembly Park builds on the site’s history while creating a new place to work, live, dine and gather.

A Familiar Place, Reimagined

Before Assembly Park, this was Plano Market Square Mall, a familiar East Plano landmark dating back to the 1980s. Rather than erase that history, Assembly Park gave it a new purpose, transforming the former mall into a walkable neighborhood while preserving pieces of its original architecture and character. 

Assembly Park was designed to provide an environment where visitors can find refuge when running daily errands, for families to gather and enjoy time with one another, where creative minds collide and are inspired to reach new heights, and simply a place to call home. Every detail was considered in the planning and execution, keeping in mind that the main focus was creating a core memories with our users.
