In addition to coordinating and managing Assembly Park's on-site needs and community events, our Property Manager, Clay, and Community Manager, Isis, remain dedicated to understanding the needs, wants, and interests at Assembly Park to continually enhance campus connectivity for our driven community of innovative business makers.

A Vibrant Destination for Thinkers and Do-ers
Clay joined Triten Real Estate Partners in 2020 as Property Manager for the Dallas office. He spent the last five years working as a Mall Property Manager for Simon Property Group. Clay has managed properties with GLAs of over 1.5 million square feet in retail space for various properties throughout the country. He’s been a part of opening a brand new $650 million shopping mall in Miami Florida as well as managed property in Puerto Rico. He moved to and lived in Guadalajara, Mexico for two years to help renovate property to receive orphans.
His wife will be finishing her undergrad at TCU which is what prompted them to move to the DFW area. He is a father of five daughters and enjoys hiking, biking, and playing guitar.
At Assembly Park, Isis focuses on tenant and community relations while also working to enhance community engagement through unique monthly programming and on-site events.
Isis has experience in operations, hospitality, marketing, and community outreach, as she started her commercial real estate career three years ago in multifamily property management. Isis also thrives in marketing and social media management, using her talents to support small-owned businesses. Her commitment to giving back to the community is evident through her internship and volunteering at The Black Academy of Arts and Letters and her involvement in community outreach for the Black Girl Magic Museum in Dallas, Texas.
Isis is a Jill of all trades and an EntreprenHER. In her free time, you can find her tending to her garden, curating playlists, and passionately working on her business plan. Her goal is to create a fun educational product for young kids in STEAM, channeling her creativity and innovation to positively impact the next generation.
